Your Gift to Yourself and Your Duty to the World
Hi all,
Yes, I know I have been away from blogging for a while. But I have had a stressful week that has also taught me something very important.
Most of my stress this week has been caused by computers. However, as in most things, if you look for it there is also the gift in the experience. (This comes from Oprah Winfrey)
Through my struggles I learnt more about how to protect myself on computers and also how to recoup money from unscrupulous big businesses. However I also learnt something more important.
One of the most prevalent and destructive things in our world today is stress. Because of how I reacted to things recently I learnt something about how to control my stress levels and also learnt that controlling these were my responsibility. And when I am less stressed I am a nicer person.
So therefore since being the nicest you you can possibly be is a moral imperative, (well I think it is), I formulated a new way of thinking about stress. To remain as stress free and relaxed as possible, (in healthy ways), is a gift to yourself and your duty to the world!
Just a thought!
Blessed be,
KK
