New Horizons and Common Ground

Hi all,

The following is nearly where I am now at in my "spiritual" journey:-

I would call myself an agnostic atheist as per the list given by Richard Dawkins in his book "The God Delusion".  Many things have lead me to this new position which I shall go into at a later date, but living without superstition is one of the best things I have every done!

However, remember, I still love you all!

Take care of yourself and each other!

All the best,

KK

Subscribe to my Newsletter!

Hi all,

For all those who would prefer to receive the contents of this blog via my Newsletter "Keeping Things Krystal Klere" please email me at KrystalKlere@hotmail.co.uk and I will add you to the list.  This is actually the way most of my posts are disseminated currently and have been in the past.

I don't know why this is - maybe it is something to do with technology which I am still not totally up on.  To me it seems to be changing all the time.  I had to have "tagging" explained to me about Facebook the other day and I am still not sure I understand totally.  And please do not inundate me with explanations as you have in the past.  I am sure you are all well intentioned but my inbox gets flooded out.  But still I consider it to be flooded out with Love - even so I still don't have time to look at them all!

As always,

Be blessed and Love another,

KK

My Autobiography Coming Out!

Hi all,

Sorry it has been so long since I posted.  I have been in and out of hospital in the last six months and have also been running two support groups for people abused in their childhood and also for people who have a particular disability.  Both these groups are confidential and it has taken time to set them up!  They are both held in the Sacred Place where I now live.

I have also been pressured to write my autobiography by various individuals and organisations and so have decided to do so. I have set aside 6 months to write this and hope to have it ready by this Christmas.  It is particularly important to do it at the end of 2012.

The first reason is to help the change of consciousness which I believe is happening this year to go in the right direction and also if it is published after 21/12/12 to prove to the pessimists that the world is not going to end on that date!

Thank you for all the prayers and love you have sent me over the last six months.  I hope this blog is now back on track!

As always,

Blessed be and love one another.

With regards,

KK

The Current State of Things

Dear Friends,

There is a very sad state of affairs in Britain today and the world at large.  As many of you know I have not been able to write this blog for some time because of my own struggles with the system, both in terms of health and disability and struggling to get the benefits and housing I need. Many of you also know that my husband died several years ago so I am coping more or less on my own at times, (although thankfully I have great friends and all you lovely readers who I adore.)

Above is a picture of a couple who committed suicide after being let down by both the benefits system and also Social Services.  They were struggling to live on £57.00 a week and were walking six miles to go to a soup kitchen.  This is in 21st century Britain. They committed suicide because of benefits poverty.

I would love to say that this story is exceptional but I know as a voluntary Welfare Rights Officer that it is not.  It is being repeated day in and day out all over the UK.  And in my view it can only increase with the coming of the new tests of eligibility for welfare benefits.  Even today I was watching a programme where it was proposed that the long term unemployed should have to work for their dole money.

Well I also think the long term unemployed should be helped into working by doing this - helping them get a real job at least at the minimum wage.

The poor, the vulnerable and those unable to fight back, (or those at least perceived to be unable to), are being targeted by the Government for cutbacks.  And why?  To bail us out of the mess we are in that has been caused by some corrupt politicians and irresponsible bankers running a financial system that has been shown to be internally corrupt in it how it is set up anyhow. Oh and just to make things worse the Government is spending £5 billions pounds every year on illegal and immoral wars taking the lives of many of our own young people and thousands more of innocent civilians.

Truly I do believe if there is intelligent life in the Universe it would not want to come here.

However I do not want to end on a pessimistic note.  There are millions of people all over the world fighting back and the whole financial mess is raising consciousness at least. For every corrupt banker and politician there are many more ordinary people who are waking up to how the world is really being run and many wanting to do something about it.

Congratulations I say to the Occupy Wall Street Movement .  Congratulations to all the peaceful protesters against the system.  Congratulations to all those disabled people who are distributing information on the Internet.  Congratulations to everyone who is standing up to the system overtly or covertly. Congratulations to all.  In these actions, we, all caring people are in it together.

Thank you to all those who emailed me after my recent hospital collapse and remember I love you all.

Until next time,

Be cherished,

KK

Return to the Garden - Or Returning the Evils to Pandora's Box - Part Two

Hi all,

Today I will conclude with Part Two of my subject.  The picture to the right represents the story of Pandora who opened a box and let all the Evils into the world and kept back hope.  For those who want to know more about this story please go here.

The reason I included this story is that it demonstrates my earlier point that most cultures have a narrative about Evil getting into the world.  Or what can generically be called the Fall - that is when humankind fell from the Paradise that they were supposed to live in.

That is why I believe that our task one earth is to facilitate a return to the Garden.  For some that may take the form of reaching Paradise in Heaven.  For others it may be Nirvana.  And for others it may mean creating that Paradise here on Earth.  Whatever for it takes that I believe is the primary spiritual journey of anyone on earth.

Part of the journey may be the perfecting of ourselves or of our service to God or humanity - but I believe that these goals while laudable in themselves are not the end of the journey.  The journey can never be just about ourselves as individuals because whether people realise it or  not we are all One.  Therefore the return to the garden must involve other that we now in our limited perception see as separate from us.  In reality the Return to the Garden is a collective journey of many souls.

Many people believe that we at a special time in spiritual journey of humanity and it is reaching critical mass.  I believe this may be so because the Evil spawned since 1914, (the start of the First World War), has been unprecedented compared to any other time.  We have used our technology to enhance our capacity for greater and greater violence both physical, (war, rape etc) and mental/emotional, (certain types of pornography and child abuse etc).  And of course all violence leads to spiritual damage.

I do not personally believe that the Return to the Garden has changed in type in recent years - it has been going on since humanity first left.  However I do believe it is speeding up and intensifying in these present years.  That is why the old structures like the economic systems are breaking down - and why the earth is going through great climate changes etc.

Something is going to happen - but I make no forecasts as to what.  However this I do believe.  Whatever you believe to be true will - in a spiritual sense - be true for you.  You will shape your own Reality until we all are able to see the Actuality.  (Which I believe no - one absolutely no-one on this earth knows the full truth about - and I would suggest you run a mile from any person or organisation that makes this claim.)

I would also suggest that you avoid any simplistic philosophy that suggest you can create your physical reality simply by your thoughts.  This is dangerous nonsense.  I have not met a person yet whose thoughts can supercede the physical laws of the universe. If you meet such a person I would recommend you sent to James Randi  - he has a lot of money waiting for them.

Also beware of persons who claim that you can totally control your life and the world around you by your thoughts.  This isn't even physically logical and morally it its reprehensible.  Think about it - there are six billion people on this planet - do you think you control what they do?  And even if you could why would you want to - what about their desires and freewill.  Even the Creator has left people to operate with freewill - who would you be to change that - that would be manipulation and that is Evil.

Also beware of people who can claim to change your karma or your fate.  Who are they God Almighty Him and Herself? It is true we are all part of God but we are not God. And the majority of these people will alleviate you of great wads of cash in process and then tell you if what they predicted did not take place that "you didn't have enough faith" or something along those line.  Beware false prophets indeed!

You are your own best prophet.  Sure you can seek out guidance for your journey but the best guide you can have is the Voice Within and the very best guides are the ones who will help you to find that.

I look forward to seeing you in the Return.

Remember I love you all

And until next time,

Blessed be,

KK

Return to the Garden - Or Returning the Evils to Pandora's Box - Part One

Hi all,

After yesterday's post I started wondering what the ultimate purpose of life is.  What are we actually here for?  I had always supposed that our spiritual journeys were individual and that by completing them we were adding to the general collective good of humankind in a return to the Godhead. I used to believe in karma and reincarnation - but now I do not - rather I believe in Grace. However I do believe that reincarnation and karma may continue to exist for those who believe in the them.  They will manifest for those who believe in them - but ultimately they are illusions.  Those who believe will remain on the wheel simply because they believe there is a wheel.  But to me ultimately the theory of karma is immoral.

I first came to reject the theory of karma because I had contact with ignorant and simple minded New Agers whose idea of it was so simplistic that they saw it in a linear sense and thought that if people were born disabled, ( for example), that they were being punished for bad deeds in a previous lifetime. I consider this an immoral philosophy for three reasons:-

(a)  As Buddha said we cannot really know even if karma exists whether these people are being "punished" or whether they are Bodhisattvas come to help save humanity.  Therefore do not judge. Take the compassionate view and help them with their pain.

(b)  The assumption that bad deeds must be met with punishment in such an obscene way is in itself immoral.  The way of Love forgives.  People who commit wrongdoing need understanding and healing - not yet more pain.  People do wrong because they are already in pain.  Heaping more pain upon them never helped anyone.  A brief look at our prison system confirms this.  Prison doesn't heal people - in general it just creates better and more embittered criminals.  If some people do go to prison and reform I would suggest this is in spite of, and not because of the prison, experience.

If we in our limited human view can see this - how could the Creator of the Universe which is Love put people through the horrors of the Holocaust to learn a "lesson"?  The next time you come across someone who promulgates this view of karma examine them very carefully.  I would suggest you will see a person with a vindictive personality which is then projected into and justified by their beliefs. As I have said "Show me what sort of God a person worships and you will see the state of their soul".

(c)  This simplistic view of karma promotes a callous attitude personally and socially.  It leads to situations like the Dalits of India who are treated as subhuman because they are considered outside the caste system because of their "karma".  If you believe someone is responsible for their lives and they deserve and believe in karma you will hardly want to help them - because they got what they deserved through they application of some morally neutral "law".  On the other hand if you acknowledge that we are all wrongdoers and that Evil exists in the Universe and that because of this some people suffer injustice that is not of their own doing you are more likely to be compassionate and to want to help them.  If you go further than that and realise that sometimes people are responsible for their own situations, (because of what you have observed of their situation in this life) but forgive them anyway and want treat them with Love then you will be at one with the Mind of God.  Indeed you may help them get off the illusory wheel and help them move into the experience of God which is Grace.

In short you will be helping them Return to the Garden.

More will follow on this subject.......

Remember I love you all so,

Until next time,

Blessed be,

KK.

The Gathering of the Dark Clouds

Hi all,

I am sorry that it has been some time since I have blogged but I want you all to know that I am well - well as well as can still be expected. I am still in pain and am still seeking a solution to that problem but being in pain has reinforced a belief I have always had - that of the Right to Die.

I do not hold this right only to be true for the terminally ill but also for those in pain even if they are not terminally ill. I believe as a Libertarian that for the time I live on this Earth this life belongs to me. It is true I have responsibilities to other people but they are roles that I play. My life and my journey belong to me. I also do not believe that there is any other party including any religion or state that has the right to stop me from taking my own life if I so wish. It is true that the British state assumes this right legally but that does not mean they have the moral right - they do not. No more that they have the moral right to send soldiers abroad to kill innocent people.

Also I do not believe in a Creator who would want me to live in pain. The Creator is Love and Love wants all beings to be free from pain. If I die I will return to Love. That is what I believe and because I believe it - it will be so. I believe it is true that a person can be separated from God after death - but this will only ever be temporary - it will never be permanent. Look at it this way - someone on this Earth plane may love you very much but if you don't believe it so be so then you will never feel that love - in essence you will be separated from it. I think the same dynamic happens with God.

Don't let others say you will be separated from God's love because you choose to kill yourself - because it will not be so unless you believe it. For them if they so believe they will be separated from Gods love in the same circumstances - but it will be a result of their own belief - not because is every really away from them. But because they so believe it will be their reality - even if in truth it will not be the Actuality.

Some people may say that if the Creator is Love and does not want us to suffer then why is there suffering on Earth? This is indeed a difficult question to which I do not know the perfect answer since I am primarily a poet and a writer and not a theologian. But the only answer I can understand is this. Something went wrong.

I believe that in the Beginning the Earth was a Paradise. It does not matter what creation myth you believe - there is in most cultures the remembrance of a time when everything was perfect. I do not believe that this is the case because of wishful thinking or of wanting that to be the case or of hoping that it may be so in the future. I think it is because of a deep memory in the human psyche of the case of how it was in the Beginning. And then something went wrong. The Fall happened. I do no know how or why - but some how in some way Evil came into the world. And ever since that happened all progress that has been inspired by Love - whatever political, social or spiritual label was given to it was inspired by this desire to return to the Garden. That is my belief.

And all of us who open ourselves to Love will get there. I don't know how but I do know we will. Only the truly most Evil souls will never get there - and it will be as if they had never existed. The memories will be wiped away.

I am speaking now from Christian scriptures but I believe this desire is found in all progressive peoples - including in good politicians and scientists etc.
"And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away." (Revelation 21:4 KJV).

Remember I love you all so,

Until next time,

As always,

Blessed be,

Thank You for all Your Prayers and Meditations

Hi all,

As some of you know I am due to have a treatment this coming week for my mobility problems, (I cannot walk without pain) as other treatments have not worked. Then there are various other treatments that maybe tried but as many of you know if they do not I will be going to the Summerlands before too long.

So I am thanking you now for all your prayers and meditations in this matter. However I do not want you to worry if I do not survive (physically). It does not necessarily mean that your prayers were not answered. It may just mean that the answer is no!

Also as many of you know with whom I have entered private correspondence I have now revised my views about using the word karma. This word has now become so debased in usage in the Western world by simplistic New Agers who appear to believe that their individual good fortune is due to personal karma in a previous life in a linear sense (i.e. they were a very good person) that is can only be understood in a nonsensical way. I prefer to use the word "grace" to understand why good things happen to some people and not to others. I am using it as in the phrase "There but for the grace of God go I". I am using God in a metaphorical sense here because I do not believe there is a personal God sitting in the sky picking people out for happiness or sadness. That would simply be cruel.

Other people may use the word "luck" or "fate" or any other word in place of the word "God". The word grace in this sense means " the mercy of God as opposed to his justice". It means that basically it was given as a gift and was not earned. Therefore you are no better than someone else who did not receive this gift. Rather that because you were given it it is to be used to better the world rather than for your own profit.

Rather than adopting a New Age view of karma to the suffering and oppressed of the world and wonder what they did in a previous to "deserve" it consider the undeserved grace that has been bestowed upon you and how you can use it to help heal the world. "For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall much be required" Luke 12:48

Until next time I love you all and as always,

Blessed be,

Belated Spring Equinox Poem

Hi all,

As many of you know I am still in considerable pain at the moment and am waiting for the fitting of an orthotic. However I awoke yesterday and the Joy of Life welled up inside me. It is what is at my core and keeps me going through all the ups and downs of life. I will share it with you here in this poem:-

The Joy of Life

With wonder anew I gaze afar
And see eons of time written in the stars
And hold in my breath prayer as a sigh
Each time I hear a new born baby cry

And look with amazement when from winters ground
New hope springs forth as in the flowers is found
Another season over, Hades overcome
And new life dances yet once again in the sun

And I will behold with Love all of my days
God's Creation, Mother Earth and Nature's Ways
And know of the Universe that I am not set apart
But Embrace it All with Each Beat of my Heart

Until next time remember,

I love you all and

Blessed be,

KK

New Ways to Serve

Hi all,

Well I am sorry it has been so long since I have blogged. As many of you know I have been busy with my Shamanic activities and also as some of you may know I have moved out of London to a very sacred space. The journey has been both amazing and difficult. It now appears that in having an injury heal up I may have also gotten osteoarthritis which limits my mobility severely as well as causing me considerable pain.

I have tried to find out why this has happened to me and the only conclusion I can come to is that it is a new opportunity for me to serve the Great Spirit in yet another way. Also it has lead to, and will lead to, more personal growth for me.

I understand that physical pain is necessary as an indicator that something is wrong with the body but there also seems to be times when pain in the body appears to serve no purpose at all - or not one that we know about at present. This is where I think science comes into its own.

I personally see nothing wrong with using science and its inventions since if God is the All That Is that also includes science and I for one am going to use any of God's gifts to ease my pain and suffering. While I do say that one can learn from suffering I do not believe for one second that suffering unnecessarily is good for the body, mind or spirit. I have worked my whole life to alleviate suffering. What I do think is true is that if one fails to learn from suffering it will continue. So for example I have had to learn to be patient with my body and to adapt to new circumstances. To this end I may be getting a mobility scooter. Being unable to walk is not the end of the world. I can still swim!

That is all I have to say now. Remember I love you all and you are worthy of all the joy and love that you can bring into your lives.

Until next time,

Blessed be,

KK

Birthday Tribute to a Friend: A Shaman Honours her Chief Caducei

Hi all,

Sorry it is so long since I blogged. I have been so busy with my Shamanic activities and also with the wonderful working out of my life that I have been engaged in "past forward" as an American friend recently commented. Which brings me to comment that all life is relationship and even though it is a while since I blogged you have all been in my thoughts and my relationship with you as with all is ongoing and eternal.

That said I know some special people who have seen me through recent difficult and testing times with valour and kindness. One of them had a birthday last month and this poem is my public tribute to that friend.

Pour Chevalier

You and I knoweth thus
That Eternal Friendship bindeth us
No tear can destroy, no word can tear
That which before Creation was 'ere

Where you walk my Soul goes
And 'ere I go your Soul follows through
And though One is All and All is One
This Friendship was so before the World began

You are my Mirror and I am yours
Two different paths but One Heart in the Cause
To further that which leads humankind higher
So they might to our kind of Friendship aspire

Stormy seas but yet sails Peaceful the ship
Conflict of words but Cherishment within it
Bonded yet not chained from Beginning to End
I'll never walk alone with you as my Friend

Happy Birthday My Dear Friend!

Well until next time, I love your all!

Blessed be,

KK

The Shamanic Visions of Krystal Klere

Hi all,

As from today I have decided to share with the world some of my dreams that I now realise are not personal. There are dreams that are personal but there are other dreams that have Transcendent Meaning and these I call Visions. The Visions I have I call Shamanic Visions because I now practise as a Shaman. It is my understanding that it is part of my calling to share these Visions with the world.

This is the first Vision.

I Know Why the Buddha Laugh's

I was going through a very troubled time in my life and in my Vision I was walking up a mountain. I was walking with a very heavy backpack on my back and was hiking. I was on a very difficult jouney and felt burdened down. As I was walking along nearly doubled by the weight of my heavy load a Sage appeared in the road laughing at me. I got very annoyed with the Sage and asked why he was laughing. He said this was because he could tell I was very young and yet the way I carried my backpack I looked older than him. Well this annoyed me even more because he looked very old indeed. And then he did something very strange. He offered to carry my backpack for me and walk with me on my journey.

He said to me "I am older than you yet the years have not wearied me. They have made me stonger". So he put on the back pack on and we walked on for a very long way. We must have walked for hours when I noticed that the backpack hardly weighed the old Sage down at all. So I said to him "You must be very strong indeed to walk so far with such a heavy load". "Not really" he laughed "It doesn't weigh anything at all". "Are you crazy?" I yelled. "It weighs a ton". "No" it doesn't" said the Sage and in that instant he took the backpack off and put it down. "Look inside" he instucted. And I did so. The backpack was empty.

At the same the Heavens opened up and Angels descended flying all around me in the Light and laughing. Playfully they picked me up and allowed me to fly with them. They picked the Sage up also and flew with him. Playfully and with Love they entertained us. The Sage was laughing uproariously now. "See" he said "Not only did your back pack weigh nothing. Neither do you. You are as light as a feather in Reality. The angels could see it but you could not". And with that I found I could fly on my own.

With that the Angels left us and we were on Earth again. The Sage continued to walk with me and then we reached a parting in the road. He laughed again and said "I am going a different route now. But I will always be here for you to help you on Earth and the Angels will always come to you from Heaven. Just call for us. I will always help you carry your heavy backpack even though really it is always empty. And the Angels will always help you fly even though really you can already. And with that the Sage departed. I turned around to see him leave but there was no-one there. Only my shadow.

And then he Heavens opened and I saw Buddha sitting upon a throne and he was roaring with laughter. So now I know why Buddha laugh's.

As always,

Until next time,

Blessed be

God's Choices

Hi all,

As many of you know I am now fighting a disability case that may cause a change for the better in UK law. In doing this I have been constantly abused by the authorities who claim to care for the disabled but in actuality treat any disabled person who refuses to wear the victim tag with hostility and contempt. They would prefer to feel better about themselves by treating the disabled as objects of charity. A concept I entirely reject. I have disabilities of the mind and body but in my soul and spirit I am more that equal to the authorities. And then I came across this (see right).

I know that this is a Biblical reference but Truth comes from many sources and when it does I do not reject it. If you are fighting an injustice do not despair. Ultimately Truth will out!

I think this says it all really about what I am feeling right now.

Until next time,

As always,

Blessed be,
